INGREDIENTS:

2 dashes cardamon

2 orange slices

2 lime wedge

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

3/4 oz. Ventura Orangecello

1 1/2 oz. Mango Rum

Splash orange juice

 

Rim with cinnamon sugar.

PREPARATION:

Take two lime wedges and two orange slices and place them in a rocks glass with 1/2 oz. simple syrup. Add the cardamon. Muddle to bring the aroma out of your spices. You should now have a pulp with a light orange color in your glass- taste it for balance. Continue by adding the amazing Orangecello and 1 ½ oz. of Mango Rum. Now fill your glass with ice, shake it hard for 5 fast seconds and serve it in a nice cinnamon sugar rimmed Martini glass.  Don’t double strain it.. this cocktail tastes and looks delicious with the crushed fruit gracefully floating throughout it. Enjoy!

The color is light orange; the perfume is strongly dominated by the Caribbean essence of lime, the sweetness of the delicious Orangecello and well balanced from the delicate Cardamom fragrance. The drink is thick and pulpy, very tasty with perfectly proportioned flavors.
